Summary

This study is for people with a type of throat cancer linked to the Epstein-Barr virus. It tests whether giving a lower dose of radiation after chemotherapy works as well as the standard higher dose. The goal is to reduce long-term side effects like hearing loss and dental problems. About 66 adults with stage III or IVA cancer will take part.
