First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called EB-NK-301 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies. EB-NK-301 uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR NK cells) to target a protein called TROP2 on cancer cells. The main goals are to check the treatment's safety and find the best dose, while also looking at whether it can shrink tumors. About 60 participants will receive the cells after a short course of chemotherapy.
