Summary
This study is testing if changing when you eat can protect your heart health when you don't get enough sleep. Researchers are recruiting 100 adults who habitually sleep 6.5 hours or less per night. They will compare the effects of eating all food within an 8-hour window versus a more than 14-hour window on blood pressure and blood sugar control.
