Summary
This study looked at 138 physical therapy students aged 18-30 to see if their eating habits, sleep quality, and stress levels are linked. Participants filled out three questionnaires about eating attitudes, sleep, and perceived stress. The goal was to understand how these factors might relate to early heart disease risk. No treatment or intervention was given—just observation.
