NCT ID NCT06532734

Summary

This study aims to find out how common Barrett's esophagus is in people with eating disorders who frequently make themselves vomit or regurgitate food. Researchers will use a simple, non-invasive test on 25 adults who have been purging for at least five years. The goal is to gather information to see if this group needs different screening guidelines for this potentially serious condition.
