Summary

This research study aims to understand the biological impact of the 2023 train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio. Researchers will measure DNA damage in residents and see if it relates to how close they lived to the crash site and their reported health symptoms. Participants will complete surveys and may provide samples like blood or saliva to help scientists learn about potential long-term health risks.
