Summary
This study tests two versions of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) delivered online for veterans and underrepresented Americans with binge-eating disorder or bulimia. About 144 participants will receive either therapist-led or self-help CBT through VA telehealth. The goal is to reduce binge eating and improve access to care, especially for those who face barriers to treatment.
