Summary
This study aims to develop an early warning system for muscle weakness in children who need breathing machines in the ICU. Researchers will study 1,500 children to find new biomarkers and create a model that predicts weakness before it happens. The goal is to help doctors intervene earlier, reduce disability, and improve recovery for these young patients.
