NCT ID NCT07404696
First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at 144 children aged 9-13 with a Class II malocclusion (where the upper jaw sticks out past the lower jaw) and a large overjet (overbite). It compares three early treatments (headgear-activator, twin block, and Invisalign mandibular advancement) against later treatment with fixed braces. The goal is to see which approach reduces overjet best, improves quality of life, and is most cost-effective.
