NCT ID NCT07404696
First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at 144 children aged 9–13 with a large overjet (overbite) to see if early treatment with special appliances like headgear, twin block, or Invisalign works better than waiting for later fixed braces. The goal is to find which approach reduces overjet most effectively, improves quality of life, and is cost-effective. Results will help dentists choose the best treatment for each child.
