First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at whether eating only during the early part of the day (early time-restricted eating) can help improve heart health and daily body rhythms in older adults with high blood pressure. Researchers will monitor blood sugar, heart rate variability, and blood pressure in 30 participants aged 60 and older who typically eat over a long period each day. The goal is to see if this eating pattern can help manage blood pressure without medication changes.
