Summary

This study tested whether involving a supportive care team early could improve quality of life for adults with acute leukemia that has returned for the first time. It compared 49 patients who received this early care to a group who did not. The main goal was to see if this approach helped with symptoms, depression, anxiety, and overall well-being.
