Scientists hunt for blood test to predict stomach Cancer's return
NCT ID NCT04665687
Summary
This study aims to find biological markers in blood and tissue samples to help doctors better diagnose early stomach cancer and precancerous adenomas. Researchers will analyze samples from about 1,730 patients to see if certain genetic patterns can predict whether the cancer is likely to come back after treatment. The goal is to gather knowledge that could lead to more personalized care in the future, not to test a new treatment.
