Summary
This study tests a new way to use deep brain stimulation (DBS) in people with early-stage Parkinson's disease. The goal is to see if targeting a specific brain area can safely control symptoms and possibly slow down the disease. Forty participants will receive either active DBS plus medication or inactive DBS plus medication, and researchers will track side effects and motor changes.
