First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether starting physical therapy soon after knee fracture surgery helps young people (ages 15-25) recover better than waiting longer. About 56 participants will be split into two groups: one starting rehab early and one following a traditional delayed schedule. The goal is to see which group gains better knee motion, strength, and function within 12 weeks.
