Summary

This study tests a program called PRESTO that helps people spot the first signs of psychosis and get specialized care faster. Researchers want to see if this reduces the time someone goes without treatment, which may improve long-term outcomes. About 416 people with a first psychotic episode will take part across multiple centers.
