Summary
This study is evaluating a specialized care program for young people aged 12-25 who show early warning signs of psychosis, a serious mental health condition. Researchers will follow 100 participants for up to two years to see if the program helps reduce their risk symptoms and improve their daily functioning and quality of life. The goal is to understand what care works best to control early signs and potentially prevent the condition from worsening.
