Scientists hunt for pregnancy danger clues before symptoms start
NCT ID NCT06232668
Summary
This study aims to understand what causes preeclampsia, a serious pregnancy complication, by looking for early molecular changes in pregnancy tissue. Researchers will analyze small tissue samples from over 2,000 pregnant women between 9 and 15 weeks of pregnancy. The goal is to find biological markers that could one day help identify women at risk long before symptoms appear.
