Searching for hidden liver disease before symptoms appear

Summary
This study aims to find better ways to diagnose a liver disease called Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) very early, before standard blood tests show problems. Researchers will study 80 adults who have positive antibodies for PBC but normal liver enzyme levels. Participants will undergo a liver biopsy and specialized blood tests to look for early signs of the disease that current tests might miss.
