MRI could predict chemo success in bladder cancer within 24 hours

Summary

This study tests whether special MRI scans can predict if chemotherapy is working for muscle-invasive bladder cancer. About 39 participants will get three MRI scans before, during, and after treatment. The goal is to avoid unnecessary delays and side effects for those who don't respond.
