This pilot study looked at whether starting combined thinking and movement exercises early after a brain aneurysm bleed is safe and possible. Six adults who had a bleeding aneurysm took part. The goal was to see if this approach could help with memory, attention, and daily activities, but the main focus was on testing the study methods for future research.
