Summary
This study aims to find the best time for surgery in people with a severely leaking aortic heart valve who feel fine. It will compare having surgery early to the standard approach of waiting until symptoms or heart damage appear. Researchers want to see if early surgery better protects the heart's structure and function and improves long-term health outcomes.
