Can early testing catch pregnancy diabetes sooner?

Summary
This study aims to see if screening for gestational diabetes in the first trimester (instead of later) is practical and helpful for high-risk pregnant women. About 80 participants will be tested early using a glucose drink test. The goal is to catch diabetes sooner to improve health for both mother and baby.
