Summary
This study aims to see if a stool test that looks for certain genetic markers in H. pylori bacteria, combined with a risk questionnaire, can detect stomach cancer earlier than current methods. Researchers will enroll 15,000 adults aged 40 and older. Participants will provide a stool sample and fill out a questionnaire, and the results will be compared to standard endoscopy findings.
