Summary
This study tests a non-invasive procedure using focused ultrasound to treat a small area in the brain involved in movement. It includes 67 people with early-stage Parkinson's disease who have symptoms mainly on one side. Half receive the ultrasound treatment, the other half continue standard medication. The goal is to see if the ultrasound improves movement and slows disease progression over 12 months.
