Could your eating schedule be the key to lowering blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07135505
Summary
This study is testing if changing *when* you eat, not *what* you eat, can improve heart health in older adults with high blood pressure. Researchers are enrolling 30 people aged 60+ who typically eat over a 12-hour window. The goal is to see if eating all meals within an 8-hour window earlier in the day helps lower blood pressure and improve blood sugar control.
