Silent threat: scans hunt for hidden eye damage in diabetics

NCT ID NCT07232225

Summary

This study aims to see if special eye scans can detect early signs of retinal damage in people with diabetes who have no vision problems. Researchers will compare scans from 112 participants—half with diabetes and half without—to look for subtle changes. The goal is to improve early detection methods to help prevent future vision loss from diabetic eye disease.
