NCT ID NCT07528586
First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether special MRI scans can find early signs of heart damage in people getting anthracycline chemotherapy, which is known to sometimes harm the heart. Current tests like blood markers and echocardiograms often miss early damage. About 93 adults starting this type of chemo will have multiple MRI scans before, during, and after treatment. The goal is to catch heart problems sooner so doctors can act faster.
