Summary
This study is testing if giving an infusion of donor white blood cells very early after a bone marrow transplant can help prevent the cancer from coming back. It is for adults aged 18-65 with high-risk blood cancers like leukemia or lymphoma. The main goal is to find the safest dose of these cells that can be given without causing severe complications.
