Summary

This trial investigates whether removing a urinary catheter within 6 hours after laparoscopic liver surgery, as part of an enhanced recovery program, improves urinary function and reduces complications. About 212 adults aged 18 to 75 with benign or malignant liver tumors scheduled for laparoscopic liver lobectomy will take part. The study compares early catheter removal to standard timing, measuring how long the catheter stays in and tracking recovery milestones.
