NCT ID NCT05460533

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 21, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study is testing whether giving a second dose of CAR-T cell therapy early can help keep leukemia in remission longer for children and young adults who have already received this treatment. Researchers want to see if this early 'booster' dose can prevent the cancer from coming back by keeping immune cells that fight leukemia active. The study will enroll 30 participants who have already received CAR-T therapy and have an additional dose available.
