Race against time: new trial tests quick surgery to save brain function after severe bleeds

Summary
This trial is testing whether performing a quick, minimally invasive surgery to remove a large brain bleed, in addition to standard medical care, leads to better recovery than standard care alone. It will enroll 300 adults with a specific type of severe brain hemorrhage. The key goal is to see if this fast surgical approach improves patients' quality of life and ability to function one year later.
