Summary
This study tests whether an early assessment team can help people referred to mental health care get the right help sooner. Instead of waiting for standard therapy, a team quickly evaluates each person's needs and connects them to the best services, like job support or social help. The goal is to improve mental health, daily function, and quality of life for 588 participants.
