Summary
This study is testing whether encouraging people with a broken wrist to carefully use their hand for daily tasks while it's still in a cast leads to better recovery. Researchers will compare two groups: one gets standard cast care instructions, and the other gets extra guidance on how to safely perform activities. They will measure hand function, pain, strength, and fear of movement over three months to see which approach works better.
