Summary

This study tests a new medical device that helps surgeons shape cartilage into a more natural-looking ear framework. It is for children and young adults (ages 5-20) with missing or deformed ears due to birth defects, injuries, or cancer surgery. The goal is to see if the device makes the surgery faster, uses less wire, and leads to higher satisfaction with the ear's appearance compared to traditional hand-carving.
