Zapping ear nerves to ease Women's chronic pain

NCT ID NCT04177511

Summary

This study is testing a non-invasive device that delivers gentle electrical stimulation to a nerve in the ear. The goal is to see if this stimulation can reduce chronic pelvic pain in women with endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus. Researchers are recruiting 72 participants to compare the effects of the real stimulation device against a placebo device.
