Summary
This study uses brain scans to see how ear acupuncture changes brain activity in healthy young adults. Researchers want to understand how this type of acupuncture might work, by comparing its effects on the brain to another known therapy. The goal is to build a scientific foundation for potentially using ear acupuncture to help with conditions like insomnia and depression in the future.
