Pilot study: should we induce labor early for gestational diabetes?

NCT ID NCT06641141

First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at whether inducing labor at 38 weeks of pregnancy is a good idea for people with gestational diabetes. It compares early induction to waiting for labor to start naturally. The goal is to see if a larger study is possible, not to find a cure. About 260 pregnant people will take part.
