New pill aims to keep narcolepsy patients awake and safe

Summary
This study tests whether E2086, an oral tablet, can reduce excessive daytime sleepiness in adults with narcolepsy. About 64 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure how long people can stay awake using a standard test, and also track any sudden muscle weakness episodes.
