Summary

This study tested whether a guided online exercise program could help adults who were still experiencing low energy and reduced fitness after having COVID-19. Researchers enrolled 77 people to see if using a digital tool to track and guide home workouts was practical and effective. The main goals were to see if people would stick with the program and if it improved their breathing fitness and quality of life.
