First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tracks 600 people with hip or knee osteoarthritis over one year to understand how their symptoms and daily function change. Every two weeks, participants fill out online questionnaires, and at four points they try different self-care programs (focused on activity, weight, or sleep) through a web app called ArtroseCoach. The goal is to build computer models that can predict changes and offer the right advice at the right time, helping people manage their condition better on their own.
