About 90 adults who smoke at least 5 cigarettes daily will try either a tobacco, sweet-cooling, or sweet non-cooling flavored e-cigarette. Researchers will track how many cigarettes they smoke over 24 weeks to see if e-cigarettes can reduce harm from smoking.
