First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested whether putting warning labels directly on e-cigarette devices makes people want to quit vaping, without causing them to switch to smoking. Over 1,300 adult vapers had their devices labeled with either a control message, text warning, or picture warning. Researchers then tracked their intentions to quit over four weeks.
