First seen Jun 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether a type of exercise called dynamic neuromuscular stabilization helps people who had surgery for a slipped disc in their lower back. 50 adults aged 35-50 took part. The goal was to see if these exercises could reduce pain, improve daily function, and lessen fear of movement. The results may help guide better recovery programs after back surgery.
