First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested whether a dynamic hand splint improves hand movement after surgery to repair extensor tendons. Forty adults aged 20-40 with tendon injuries in specific finger zones took part. Researchers measured wrist and finger joint motion before treatment, after one month, and at the end of treatment to see if the splint helped.
