New drug duo takes aim at rare, aggressive skin cancers

NCT ID NCT04652960

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new combination of two drugs, duvelisib and nivolumab, for patients with advanced stages of two rare skin lymphomas: mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose of the drug combination. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment can shrink tumors and control the disease.
