First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether the drug duvelisib can help prevent peripheral T-cell lymphoma from returning after initial treatment. About 25 adults whose cancer has disappeared after first-line therapy will take duvelisib as maintenance. The goal is to see if it extends the time before the cancer comes back, while monitoring side effects and quality of life.
