Summary
This study tests a medicine called duvakitug in people with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease who already responded to it in an earlier study. The goal is to see if it can keep symptoms and gut inflammation under control for up to 5 years. About 671 adults will take either the drug or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which they receive.
