Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of the immunotherapy drug durvalumab for people in Spain with a specific, aggressive type of lung cancer called limited-stage small cell lung cancer. The drug is given after patients have completed standard chemotherapy and radiation treatment, with the goal of helping to keep the cancer from coming back. The trial aims to gather real-world data on how well the treatment works and its side effects for a broader group of patients.
