Summary
This study tests the drug durvalumab as a follow-up treatment for people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer whose cancer has not grown after chemotherapy and radiation. About 70 adults in Spain will receive durvalumab to see how safe it is and how well it works in real-world settings. The goal is to help control the disease and improve survival.
