Summary

This study tested combinations of the immunotherapy durvalumab with two other experimental drugs (danvatirsen or AZD5069) in 340 adults with advanced solid tumors or head & neck cancer that had spread or come back. The goal was to find safe doses and see if the combinations could shrink tumors. While not a cure, the approach aims to control the disease by boosting the immune system's attack on cancer cells.
